don't auto encode the cookie value! #39

you can't encode something like "=" to "%3D". if you have to , please add a 
option for user. Ask first. some cookie value not need encode.This is the third 
request.

if you no more time changing this . you can give me source code. I can change 
and give back you. but i think it is not a complicated problem

next version will provide an option to disable encode. Happy now? I can't 
stress enough that the cookie value should not contain '=' as it's againts 
Netscape cookie_spec and RFC2965 standars
