unable to protect cookies

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when i revisit a site

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cookies should be protected, but the cookies are overwritten by the website.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
editthiscookie 0.31 on windows 7 professional 64-bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
this bug is discovered after automatic update of google chrome recently.
