Suggestion: Add an option to manually create entries on "Blocked Cookies" and "Read-Only Cookies" #5

Please add an option to manually create entries on "Blocked Cookies" and 
"Read-Only Cookies" inside the Options page. I find it hard to block domain.com 
when I'm automatically redirected to domain.com.ph. I have to use a proxy just 
to add it to block list.

Option to manually add entries on "Blocked Cookies" was added. Maybe I will add 
the read-only option too.
