Suggestion: Option for whitelisting #6

Edit This Cookie v0.13.0 is using blocklisting.

I would want an option for whitelisting wherein cookies are blocked by default. 
Entries from the whitelist will have their cookies unblocked.

I'm not sure i will ever add this option; this extension is a cookie editor and 
blacklister, if I have the necessary time I will extend its functionality.
