The Grinch broken in r50 #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: Start The Grinch cdi

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is: that Dreamcast and sega screens appears and then The 
Grinch starts

But instead I see: only Dreamcast and sega screens appears. Then the emulator 
stops.

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: NullDC 1.0.4 r50

I use a NullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace build

I use the following plugins:

PowerVR Plugin: NullDC Power VR -- Direct 3D HAL [Jun 20 2010](drkPvr_Win32.dll)
GDRom Plugin: ImgReader_Win32.dll [Jun 20 2010]
AICA Plugin: nullAICA_Win32.dll [Jun 20 2010]
ARM7 Plugin: vbaARM_Win32.dll [Jun 20 2010]
Maple Plugin(s): drkMapleDevices_Win32.dll:0 [Jun 20 2010]

On what kind of system?

My system specifications are as follows:

Operating System: Windows XP Professional 32bits
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
Video Card: PowerColor ATI Radeon HD4870

Still doesn't work...

With the Grinch NullDC gets an error and closes....

Thats definatelly a regression somewhere -- i used to test this game :)

Yeah, test as many as you can please. I know the bug list is already quite 
long, but i'l need a nice list when i start the mass fixing after vacations.

I tested here, it is working on 1.0.3, so I think the regression was made in 
1.0.4 (in r22 isn't working too)
