Establish a pipeline/method to link type of metastasis to cell type proportions.

(For example, Patients with Distant Mets (non-lymph node), seem to have much higher proportion of Endothelial cells.)

See top right portion of Figure 2 in the poster

Can we put that figure on github? If it is there we should rename the files so that it is clear.
