Edge overlap issue in network output #37

When using the K562 data, the network does not allow for multiple edges to the same nodes to be seen. In short, the edges overlap each other. We need to allow for both edges to be seen. In the example shown, the bottom edge is grey and red (can see red highlight underneath), while the edge on top is only grey. Screen Shot 2019-05-22 at 5 27 10 PM

Use K562 data, search gene Runx1 (hg19), left 12000 right 120000 Screen Shot 2019-05-23 at 7 59 37 AM
