Application will not open #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download the file
2. drag it to applications folder
3. double click

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For it to open. Instead nothing when i double click

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OSX

Please provide any additional information below.
I have downloaded the file but it will not open when i double click it.
