NXTbluetoothbridge will not run on Tiger (10.4.11) #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Download and Run Software
2.  Will not open
3.  Checked error logs - missing file "_NSDefaultRunLoopMode" should be located 
in 
"/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreFoundation.framework/Versions/A/CoreFoundation"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected program to start - however, I think nxtbluetoothbridge was compiled on 
Leopard or 
Snow Leopard - so doesn't run in Tiger.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OS X 10.4.11

Please provide any additional information below.

Can you compile a version in Tiger?  I am using it for a school project and can 
not upgrade my 
Mac OS

The code is written using properties, part of the Objective-C 2.0 runtime 
introduced in Leopard and beyond.  
While this could potentially be overcome, presently I do not have time 
presently to go through and make a Tiger 
sanitized version.
