What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I tried the defult password and it didn't work on the ipod screen, it worked 
the other day, but I do not remember what password I had entered, please help!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version, on lego nxt 2.0, with windows 7
