I normally play with music on 33% to just have it as background. For vanilla tracks this is just fine, but any of the overwritten tracks are almost inaudibly quiet. They sound just about the same as vanilla if I turn the volume up to 100% (but then of course vanilla is reeealy loud). I have the music plug-in enabled with granular volume sliders as the only ticked option, and I downloaded all my mp3s from the old archive.org link of osrs music. *Edit: To my untrained ear it almost sounds like the volume setting of the music plugin is being applied twice. Music is 50% volume to begin with for me, but any overwritten track is then halved in volume again when it starts playing. I noticed this when checking if the issue persisted at different volumes levels. It is far less noticeable at higher volumes.
*Edit 2: Issue only present with mp3 file format. I converted to wav files and it fixed itself
