I noticed there is no implementation of the balance websocket callback. Is there plans for that?

Hi. Yes, I didn't implemented it a first because I didn't have any use for it. But if more people start requesting it, i'll put it in the roadmap

Unfortunately I don't have access to a verified Bittrex account anymore, so I won't be able to test any implementation for this
