Now for the Swift wrapper we're using XCtest which is only for MacOS, but the community is pushing more Swift Testing.

Before start transitioning check:

CMake integration
other platforms support such as Windows
VS/ VScode/

the priority of this is more or less bound to alpaca-core/ac-local-swift#2 If we decide to go with alpaca-core/ac-local-swift#2, we'll also do this issue
