The wrapper should not depend on demo libraries.

To rescue the whisper demo, there are two possible solutions:

only add the demo if(APPLE) and use AVFoundation and AVAudioFile
only add ac-audio in the demo: add a helper cpp file to the whisper demo, which exposes the audio loading function
