WEB: Unable to set prices with more than 4 decimals #239

Description In normal circumstances you don't need/have to set more than 4 decimals for the price, but with cryptos like SHIB you do.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://app.alpaca.markets
  2. Create a Limit Order for SHIB/USD
  3. Try to set the price to 0.000013

Expected behavior It should allow us to enter more than 4 decimals in this case.
