Improve reporting of activity affecting account equity #58

Add dashboard (and API) reporting of activity that affects account equity. Currently, it is difficult to easy breakdown daily account equity changes by: -unrealized p&l -realized p&l -dividends received or paid -SEC/Finra TAF fees etc
