current cupla/dev gave me an error that createTaskExec is not found in alpaka kernel namespace, so updated this one line

(this merges on cupla/dev)

Could it be that we need to update the submodule too?

yes, submodule update was missing. Thanks. Closed as #102 contains this PR.
