remove support for alpaka 0.9.0 (PRs before e.g. #240 already broke the compatibility)
[x] upate alpaka subtree after https://github.com/alpaka-group/alpaka/pull/2011 is merged
[x] Platform renaming Pltf into Platform must be udpated too.

@psychocoderHPC Would be good, if we could finish the PR this week before my vacations. Therefore I created a patch with my suggestion. Please apply (git apply 0001-make-CMake-search-in-CI-scripts-more-safe.patch) push it.
