fixed bug which appears, if alpaka was include in the CMake before vikunja
add integration tests, to test CMake

@j-stephan Can you please review this PR? It's solves the same add_subdirectory bug for vikunja, like in cupla (https://github.com/alpaka-group/cupla/pull/216).
