enable CI jobs #56

Attention: The dual GPU was removed from the CI system.

After merging PR #80 the following CI jobs are disabled and needs to be enabled again

[x] all CUDA version expect version 11.0 (done in PR #83 )
[x] CUDA 11.0 for the current develop branch (done in PR #82 )
[x] all HIP versions (done in PR #84 )
[x] Clang as CUDA compiler (done in PR #86 )
[x] Clang as host compiler for NVCC (done in PR #85 )
