By the way, how do I move this project under https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform if I am not the maintainer?

@alpancs perhaps try opening up a issue on https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/protoc-gen-bq-schema to ask if this project can move under the same org?
