Request function for the offer. #32

As a user, I should be able to send requests for all the offers in the system. Create a new app for requests. Create a model for requests with the fields:

offer_creator_id
offer_id
request_creator_id

No need for offer_ceator_id field Add message field Each row should display a different request

"Send Request" feature was added. Now the user can see the profile of the creator of the offer and can send a request for a specific offer. User can send a message with the request. The time credits of the request sender is blocked when she sends an offer. If the she does not have sufficient time credits, a message pops up and request is cancelled.
