Add "finalize service" functionality for the service taker.

As a service taker, I should be able to mark the service as completed. As a service taker, I should be able to rate the service quality. As a service taker, I should be able to comment on the service and service provider. As a service taker, I should confirm the duration of the service I took.

The service taker will see a "finalize" button, under service details, when she clicks on "status: expecting confirmation" link.
