On a tablet (I have a Nexus 7), the color-picker is rather tiny and hard to use 
with any degree of precision.  It also leaves a ton of empty space in the 
dialog, which looks kinda bad.

fwiw: I was trying to copy a Tango palette, so I already knew the exact colors 
I wanted, and approximating them on an HSV wheel was...  not enjoyable.

Agreed. If I could just enter the exact colors from the keyboard I would be in 
heaven.

Issue exists on smart phones too.  Please give us the option to type hex codes 
manually.
