What is the funtion of the nircmd.exe, in the @resources folder? #5

Hi,

What is the function of the: nircmd.exe, in the @resources folder. I couldn't find a signature on it?

Hi @GawainProdigy,

It's a file from the original repo (https://github.com/Pernickety/rainmeter-todo-list). NirCmd is a software (https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/nircmd.html) that is used to run some Windows commands. However, as far as I can see, it is not used anywhere in the project.

You can delete NirCmd, and it probably won't cause any problems. I make the necessary controls within 1-2 days, and if it does not cause any issues, I will remove it from the project.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I haven't fully tested the skin , yet. If i see any other helpful points to help you perfect the project, I hope I can help!

Hey @GawainProdigy , you can delete the file you mentioned from the project; it doesn't cause any issues. I'm currently working on the new version, and I'll remove it from the repository in that version as well.
