However, the use of "fault" is perhaps a little troubling. For example, "pedestrian wearing dark clothing" would be classed as a pedestrian fault, which in my mind is a bit victim-blaming. Secondly, there is no way to identify primary fault. I added a little question mark icon to point this out, but "primary fault" is probably how people would interpret this. Please grab a copy of the branch and try it out so we can improve it.

I think this is an interesting idea. Perhaps there is a way of wording this so that its clear that there can be more than one fault.

Is the hover text on the question mark clear about that?

You could give yourself a lot more room by removing "Filter by" from each title line and putting it as the heading at the top. Then with "Fault" you could call it "Attributed fault" or "Indicative fault".
