Suggested Improvements for Sales Reps

• add lead queues or unassigned accounts. Unassigned accounts allows an account to be assigned to a single "unassigned" sales rep alternative, and should provide a settings to whether sales reps can see, and claim unassigned accounts. Lead Queues would allow for multiple, user customized queues, that can store leads in. The queue itself, can be assigned to one or more sales reps, and all leads in the queue should be visible to all of the users who have access to the queue. Users should be able to take ownership of leads in the lead queue.
