Problem with Empty Ad Items Blocks #28

If you have multiple ad item blocks in a template, print and digital, but you only have print ad items, the digital ad items table will not show up, but the headline "Digital Advertisements" does. Same goes for vice-versa, if Print ads are empty, then the table will not show up, but "Print Advertisements" does. Both ways, leave a huge gap in space below them.

Service items do not have this problem.
