Dynamic Attributes on Subscriptions Hidden Away #42

Dynamic Attributes on Subscriptions are not accessible easily. First you must add the contact to a subscription and then once added, click a second edit button to add the dynamic attribute to it. This is too long a process to expect a sales rep to do, without forgetting to add the dynamic attributes.
