search无法正常使用

这个是因为百度把baidulocal（无广告、可直接跳转到目标网站）这种搜索方式干掉了；目前没有好的解决方案，因为正常的百度搜索，结果中的链接，链接的并不是目标地址而是百度自己，所以无法从搜索结果中直接解析到搜索结果的链接

image 貌似这种搜索现在百度做了个跳转，并加了个验证码。

能否在搜索的地方改成调用百度谷歌bing的api呢。

-e/--engine，指定搜索引擎，目前支持baidu/bing/google，默认使用baidu
