Added migration steps for simplenote.el users #2

Added the instructions on how to configure simplenote2.el (version 2 of the Simplenote API) for the users who've already use simplenote.el (version 1 of the Simplenote API).

Hello @dotemacs,

Thanks for your help to prepare document. But copying simplenote directory isn't a good way to migrate from version1, because the note key which is used to the file name of each note is different between API ver.1 and API ver.2.:pensive: So retrieving all notes again by M-x simplenote2-sync-notes is the easiest way to start using simplenote2.el.

Ah, I see.

I did see that, when I 'migrated' using the steps that I outline in the PR.

I guess this change is not needed. So I'll close it (or you can do it)? Thanks
