As a newcomer, I want to access tutorials and guides on how to play the Pokémon Top Trumps game, so I can learn the rules and mechanics.

Tasks:

1: Task: Develop interactive tutorials and walkthroughs that explain the basic gameplay mechanics, card attributes, and strategies.
2: Task: Provide tooltips and help prompts throughout the app to assist players during gameplay.
