phones.txt in vosk-model-en-us-0.22-lgraph is smaller than Kaldi Librispeech #1542

Hi, the lines of phones.txt in vosk-model-en-us-0.22-lgraph is 267, but default phones.txt in Kaldi Librispeech has 364 lines, why they are different? I want phones.txt in vosk-model-en-us-0.22-lgraph has the same lines with Kaldi Librispeech, is it possible?
