vosk java text result garbled characters #1577

It is normal in jdk1.8, but it is not normal in java17. Test more method, but no solve it ,Please help to me.

please no close my problem, because yet no resole it .no same, i can't resolve it with 1574's method,, my problem is It is normal in jdk1.8, but it is not normal in java17.
