Cannot add my system #90

After entering my SN and CheckCode and click on "get verification code" I get an error "Es gibt keine Benutzerinformationen für diese Sn" meaning "There is no user info for that SN".

What do I need to do? The system is up since couple of hours only, both my Alpha ESS portal and Dev account are registered new, but it should work immediately, right?

The same for my installation. Adding the site within open.alphaess.com account not possible. The message is: 'There is no user information for this SN' cloud.alphaess.com is working fine with this SN.

It is recommended to try binding with API

But it should work via UI, right? What should I do? I opened a ticket and after one week they closed it saying "please use same e-mail-adress as in cloud.alpha" - which I did from the beginning.
