Ron persona #89

My service team tested our development environment using the Ron persona. 2 parts of our service were difficult to read:

  1. Hint text on the below page:

  1. Text in the footer, particularly the email address:

As hint text and the footer are standard Design System patterns / components, I understand if there's not much that can be done to resolve these issues. I just thought I should make you aware of them 🙂

Ron's persona is good for showing that there are some things that you won't be able to fix. For example, if you tried to increase the colour contrast of the hint text it would lose its "hintyness". I would use the opportunity to demonstrate how some users have a worse experience when they don't know that there is assistive technology that would help them.

There is nothing really to fix here. Or would you say we should add something to Ron's page about this?
