Add new tool: FAE #26

I tested FAE (Functional Accessibility Evaluator) via their AInspector extension in Firefox on 23 Nov 2017 and added it as the 12th tool to the audit. It comes in at 4th place with 28% of issues found and 51% of issues and potential issues found.

I also changed the result table layout a tiny bit so that it can accommodate more columns.

I unintentionally got 2 results mixed up. I fixed that last week in #31.
