Update test results for Asqatasun

Re-tested Asqatasun on 16 Dec 2017 with version 4.0.3. This results in a decrease from 28% to 25% of barriers found.

There are 7 results which changed from an "issue found" to a less positive result (although a couple improved as well). @accessiblewebuk and me re-tested those multiple times to make sure we're not missing anything.

Results changed from "Issue found" to "Not found":

• visibility:hidden used to visually hide content when it should be available to screenreader
• display:none used to visually hide content when it should be available to screenreader

Results changed from "Issue found" to "User to check":

• Link to PDF does not include information on file format and file size
• lang attribute not used to identify change of language (re-interpreted?)
• lang attribute used to identify change of language, but with wrong language (re-interpreted?)
• Links with the same text go to different pages (re-interpreted?)
• Keyboard focus is not indicated visually (re-interpreted?)

The 4 results with "(re-interpreted?)" after the link might have changed due to our re-interpretation of the results. In those 4 cases Asqatasun finds something but marks the results as "pre-qualified" which the user still needs to check, so not as a direct error.
