I've re-tested WAVE on 21 December 2017. (No, that's not a typo.)
This results in an increase from 27% to 30%.
We had some difficulties interpreting results which on the one hand are clearly stated under an "how to fix it" heading and are worded like they should be categorised as "user to check". But on the other hand they are not shown as an error or alert but hidden behind "structural elements" or "HTML5 and ARIA", so not exactly places someone would be looking for things to fix. Although they are a bit less hidden via the icons on the page.
We've decided to interpret those results as "user to check" because WAVE's documentation says:
"RED icons indicate accessibility errors. GREEN icons indicate accessibility features. The other icons and indicators indicate other elements that you should look at."
That indicates to us that people are generally expected to check everything that isn't green.

We did not count it if that "how to fix" section was very vague, e.g. the ARIA feedback on Link with a role=button does not work with space bar.
