Update the colour for MHCLG #47

The colour is wrong in a few places and they've asked us to update it.

This change is not really necessary as the colour is not used anywhere. But I'll merge anyway as it's a minor and inconsequential change.

Sorry, I was completely confused. (I'm currently sick, but I thought this was a quick change. I should have waited until I can think clearly again.)

I was confused that this change is done against the gh-pages branch and have reverted it again in #48. But then I remembered that there is no master branch and reverted the revert in #49. There is a script that needs to be run with which you can update the actual pages. But I don't think that is necessary in this case as there won't be any change because the colour isn't used. Sorry for the confusion.
