Group radio buttons #67

Currently users would need to zoom out to get all the buttons on one page. Group them in several columns?

Is there some what that we can cluster them together in a meaningful way?

I'm thinking once we further reduce the number of choices (I think we're going to drop 'report issue') this may not be so much of a problem.

One suggestion I'd have is to remove the larger bold headings to each bit ("Read the survey response" etc), I'm not sure they're necessary... and they take up quite a bit of the available vertical space.

Perhaps moving the PII bit to the right underneath the project code would be a better layout too.

Though the ordering of the choices could do with some work I think - perhaps once we've nailed down what the aliases should be, we can organise them better?

Yup agreed! In fact I will create an issue for that.
