Is `contraction` actually necessary? #135

Per discussion with Peter, the contraction may not actually be required if it's not used elsewhere.

As these are contractions chosen by us, too, it's a little arbitrary, so may be worth us removing / making these optional.

Per discussion with the DSA Tech Team, we're going to say this is not required.

We'll need to add a new ADR to relax this, and relax validation, as well as removing the contractions that we've added.
