These updates bring this content in line with the new service standard's requirements. Requirements of service teams around assisted digital support are now integrated throughout multiple points of the standard, so this content needed completely reworking.

This is in tandem with pull request #604 and #605.

As with #604, there were some extra blank lines in between sections etc., so I've edited those out and raised #608. You'll still get credit for the changes though, and thanks a lot for the updates. :sunny:
