Remove reference to 'risk-assessment' algorithms #627

This part of the page did not make sense to me, and reads as if the "risk-assessment" was an accidental inclusion from a previous edit. Unless you really mean to refer to "risk-assessment algorithms"?

I think it probably is intentional, but "risk assessment algorithm" may just be a bit generic. A more specific example would be a fraud detection algorithm.
