Link to GOV.UK browser extension #46

Most GOV.UK devs use the browser extension for quickly querying the content API.

I think it's reasonable to link to the extension here. My concern is that people who use the Content API from these docs might expect to get the same level of support for the browser extension when really it's just an internal tool. Perhaps this is better placed in our developer docs?
