Added pre-processing of Contact and Organisation document_type from the MongoDb Content Store to obtaintexts with contact details
Reformatted existing src.make_strata functionalities
Added notebooks/strata/003_Get_extra_phase1_entity_examples.ipynb to produce a random sample of sentences likely to contain FORM, LOCATION (PROPER NOUN / GPE), ORG (PROPER NOUN), PERSON (PROPER NOUN), POSTCODE, EMAIL, PHONE N, DATE, MONEY £ (AMOUNT) entities instances.
