Track progress or status of application #199

Help the user to track progress of something, for example an application for a licence.

I was involved as a UR when this pattern first appeared on AWRS (Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme). The only thing I'd say with this is that we probably didn't start from first principles. Now I might have started really stripped back without colour and everything and then added colour and ticks etc once we'd really proven their need.

Has any further work been done on this in terms of progressing the design? Or have you seen any other useful examples?
