When printing a page, the content is truncated to one page and the main container is oversized. Also the menu button should be hidden.

Current

Setting the overflow: visible to .app-o-pane__content in a print media query will allow printing the entire content in a properly-sized container. Page 1

This doesn't appear to be an issue any more (tested https://govuk-design-system-production.cloudapps.digital/components/button/ in Chrome 66)
