Suggestions captured so far for feedback loops are:- Feedback button on the bottom of the page (free text) Thumbs up / thumbs down to like or dislike the page (not enough data captured using this method - vanity metrics) Standard form Surveys Slack channel Changes sent via release notes Regular meetings
