While doing the UX survey analysis, add anything that we might consider changing to this issue.

Changes to consider for next time

  1. Consider changing the wording on "Q25. Please tell us about any software or specialist equipment you use to help you use devices or access the internet". What we want to know is if anyone is using any assistive tech. Some people do respond with increase text size, however we're also getting answers like Chrome, VPN
  2. Charge the order on "Q14 What are your confidence levels in the following tasks?" from easiest to hardest task. Consider removing or changing "Q14.5. Attending a Design System working group review session" Not sure what specific activity this implies
  3. Add the option "Working on or maintaining design systems" to "Q3. Thinking about the parts of the GOV.UK Design System that you access, what are you doing?"

Who we target for the survey

  1. In 2024, only 2 people with less than 1 year experience responded
  2. Try for a better mix of discipline. Almost 50% were interaction designers
